To Stephanie Woods, success means more than building businesses — it means building people and communities. She serves on the Leadership Board of Metropolitan Ministries and on the boards of HubLife Charities and Trinity Chat, organizations dedicated to helping families thrive. She also supports the Children’s Cancer Center of Tampa Bay, contributing time and resources to make a tangible difference in her community. Through Airheads HVAC, Stephanie sponsors and participates in numerous local events — from golf tournaments and holiday festivals to major charity galas. “We don’t just sponsor events,” she says. “We show up, we help, and we get involved.” Outside of her companies, Stephanie prioritizes her health, family, and faith. She enjoys working out, cooking, and traveling with her husband and their three children. Her personal mantra — “Work hard, stay humble, and lift others as you climb” — captures both her business philosophy and her approach to life.
